FAQ - AI Voice Cloning
- How does AI Voice Cloning work?
- Upload a clear reference recording and enter the text to speak. OmniVoice analyzes the voice characteristics and returns a synthesized audio file in the chat.
- What reference audio works best?
- Use a clean recording with one speaker, little background noise, and no music. A natural sample of about 3 to 10 seconds usually gives the model enough voice information.
- Where are my audio and text processed?
- The reference audio and text are sent to the external OmniVoice Hugging Face Space for processing. OpenMediaTools keeps the chat history and result metadata locally in your browser.
- May I clone any voice?
- Only clone your own voice or a voice you have permission to use. Do not impersonate people, deceive others, or use generated audio for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- What do I receive after generation?
- You receive a playable audio result in the chat. You can listen to it immediately and download the generated audio file.
